We are looking for a Proposal Writer to join the SAHD Consulting & Training team.

If you have strong skills in analysis, professional and creative writing in both Arabic and English, and the ability to turn ideas into competitive professional proposals, this opportunity is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and write technical and consulting proposals in Arabic and English.
  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs / TORs) and extract the main requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare project documents and technical offers professionally.
  • Develop technical content in cooperation with experts and the project team.
  • Prepare reports, work plans, timelines, and required project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Excellent professional and creative writing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in writing consulting proposals or project proposals.
  • Good knowledge of technical proposal preparation mechanisms and project documents.
  • Ability to work within a team, handle work pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with donors and local or international organizations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, logical frameworks, and work plans.
